Host 4 is currently down as we reboot to add a new disk drive.

Server was down from 9:01 – 9:40 to have additional drives installed. Original window was 10 minutes.
Power is back on at our main office, phones and support has resumed.
Restoration of all services in our montreal location are proceeding. Most clients are now fully back online. However the city of Nelson,bc has just suffered an unplanned city wide power outage. Our phones and pagers are now disconnected and you will not be able to reach our office until power is restored. In the interm please email your request to helpdesk@green-light.ca, include a phone number and one of our staff will get back to when we’re back online.
We are currently experiencing a server outage in our montreal data center. Affecting small segment of our user base. If you are unable to send email AND view your website then you are likely part of the affected group. The issue has been present since 8pm PST and we are in the process of restoring service.
** UPDATE Wed 6:50pm, July 29th 2011 **
All services have been restored to host4, no client data was lost.
At approximately 3pm Tuesday afternoon routine security upgrades on host4 resulted in damage to the core operating system files of host4, hampering some services. We determined by 8pm that we could not repair the system in place and began a migration to a clean box. We had a second failure of communication with the data centre in getting a timely setup of a new box and so full restoration of service did not start until 7:15am this morning.

Mail sent during the hours of 3pm July 28th and 7:15am will be delivered throught the next 24 hours. There are a number of factors for each email.
Recognizing the how important our service is to you, we are extending all accounts effected by the outage by 3 months.
